New Bikes Not Bombs International Project - Nevis!

Currently, Matt Soycher of Bikes Not Bombs is in Nevis, an island of the Caribbean to develop an Earn-a-Bike (EAB) program - which allows young people to earn their own bicycle while learning about mechanics, safety, and maintenence. This project in Nevis is specifically meant to support the communities of Jessup and Cotton Ground, aiding Nevisian youth with the economical and sustainable transportation of bicycles.

The young people involved in the youth programming at Bikes Not Bombs in Jamaica Plain, MA are connecting with Nevis youth through pen pal relationships, a blog, and even an evening webcast! What are great way to share their knowledge about Massachusetts and learn more about the world!!
